The course focuses on many of the professional skills employers consistently identify as essential to career success, including storytelling and persuasion, data-informed decision making, effective communication, adaptability and resilience, constructive disagreement, business acumen, cross-functional collaboration, giving and receiving feedback, creative problem solving, and emotional intelligence.

Our goal is simple: help every student graduate with the professional skills that enable great ideas to be understood, trusted, and acted upon.
